Family Background:
Saanvi is a 6-year-old girl. Her father works as a daily wage labourer and her mother also works as a daily wage labourer. The family is extremely poor.

Child’s Main Issue
Difficulty in walking along with a spinal/back problem.

Guidance & Intervention:
The ORBIT organization field staff visited the child’s home and identified the core problems. The child was assessed and given daily walking exercises, sitting activities and, based on the doctor’s recommendation; home-based walking exercises were also practiced.

Outcome:
After the interventions, some improvement was observed in the child. The parents expressed their gratitude to the ORBIT organization for the support provided.
