Background: Smt. Renuka is a resident of Gornalli village. She has three sons, all of whom are studying. Her husband drives an auto-rickshaw. She is a member of the Navabhagya group under the ORBIT organization and has been a member for the past 20 years.

Before joining the group, she stayed at home and did not engage in any outside activities. After joining, she participated in various training programs and activities organized by ORBIT. Through these programs, she gained a lot of knowledge, especially through the micro-enterprise training. She then began working as a daily wage laborer in others’ fields.
