Family Background:
Nohan is from Hilalpur village. There are five members in his family. He has a younger sister who has delayed development and attends the Anganwadi centre. The child stays at home. The father works in agricultural fields, and the mother is a homemaker. During birth, the child did not cry, which led to developmental delay.

Interventions Provided:
At ORBIT organization, the child was assessed, and suitable activities were planned. Home-based activities were provided space therapy, color identification, auditory comprehension, number concepts, and many other activities. Nutritional support was also given.

Improvements in the Child:
The child is now able to utter some broken words and eats independently. He has started going to school. The family has expressed gratitude to ORBIT and APD for the changes seen in the child.
