How We Identified the Issue:
The child’s difficulties were identified through a survey. Assessment confirmed the presence of the problem.

Activities Provided to the Child:
• Introducing and identifying colorful objects at the Anganwadi center
• Activities using letters and sounds such as “ಅ, ಆ” and two-letter words like “ಅಮ್ಮ” (mother) and “ಅಪ್ಪ” (father)
• Showing pictures of animals and teaching the child to identify them


Changes Observed in the Child:
• The child can now speak using words like “ಅಪ್ಪ” and “ಅಮ್ಮ”
• Can combine letters to form words and speak
• Can name any object shown to her

Seeing these improvements, the parents happily expressed their gratitude, saying that ORBIT organization staff has become a guiding light in their child’s life.

Medical Intervention: After initial interventions, doctors recommended physiotherapy for the child.

After Intervention:
• The child can now sit for half an hour with wall support
• Can stand using a standing frame
• Holds objects in his hands
• Recognizes parents and people outside the home

• A UDI (Unique Disability ID) card was issued by the government, providing financial assistance
