Family Background:
Lakshmibai has been married for 27 years and has two daughters and one son. Her husband worked in a private company in Pune. As a homemaker, she managed the household well and ensured good education for her children.

Cause of Illness:
Three years ago, her husband returned from Pune, became addicted to alcohol, stopped working, and started physically and verbally abusing her. This instability caused severe mental distress for Lakshmibai.
