How We Identified the Child:
The child was identified through the Anganwadi worker.

Through assessment, it was understood that the child had difficulties in the following areas: – Social behavior
– Speech difficulties
– Walking challenges
– Difficulty holding objects in the hands
– Not recognizing people other than family members

Recommendation:
The child was assessed and the parents were advised to take him to the hospital for further evaluation, including an MRI scan.

Work Done / Interventions:
We visited the child's home every week and also met them at the sub-centers to teach walking-related activities. We taught color identification and conducted activities like blowing powder placed on the palm to strengthen oral-motor skills.
