She was identified through the Anganwadi worker.
Assessment Findings:

• No sound/word pronunciation
• Difficulty chewing food
• Not mixing with children
Recommendations:
• The child was assessed thoroughly.
• MRI scan was recommended.
Intervention Provided:
Weekly home visits and activities at sub-centers: supported walking, ball catching, six-sound vocalization practice, oro-motor therapy, socialization with children, and other skill-based activities.
Results / Improvements:
The child can now walk with support, say simple words, mix with others, eat food properly, hold objects with fingers, identify people, and pronounce simple sounds. UDID card has been made.
