Before Intervention: Could not sit, stand, walk, speak, or perform basic tasks independently. Identification: Via Anganwadi worker.

Assessment Findings: Difficulty sitting, walking, poor finger strength, poor vision tracking, no speech, feeding difficulty, no social interaction.

Recommendations: MRI scan advised.

Interventions: Weekly home visits and sub-centre activities corner sitting, assisted walking, ball-grasping, two-letter sound production, Oro-motor activities, and socialization.

Outcome: She can now walk, speak simple words, mix with others, eat food, hold objects, recognize people, and pronounce simple sounds. Nutritious food was also provided.
