• Formation of Jan Jagruthi Manch units at village level comprising SHG women, youth, Dalits, and minorities.• Capacity-building on government schemes, RTI, grievance redressed mechanisms, and legal awareness.
• Regular village-level meetings and interface with officials.
• Conduct of social audits and advocacy campaigns

• Strengthened community voice and participation in governance.• Several villages accessed ration cards, MGNREGA work, pensions, and caste certificates through collective effort.
