• To improve the socio-economic status of women by forming SHGs, promoting leadership, and linking women to credit and welfare schemes.• To make the women aware of their rights and enable them to gain leadership qualities to make decisions for themselves by creating awareness regarding the right based approach
• To empower the socio-economic status of women
• To develop the poor, marginalized and disadvantaged people integrally
• To create awareness regarding the importance of education
• To give importance to health, educational status for women and children.
Outcomes:
Over 1,450 SHGs were formed, women took part in governance, accessed entitlements, and many launched micro-enterprises.Narrative:
Women were organized into strong SHGs and received training in tailoring, dairy, and entrepreneurship. These groups became platforms for collective action and advocacy for women’s rights.Formation of Federations:

To build entrepreneurship and vocational skills among rural women.Outcomes:
184 women trained; 80% initiated income-generating activities; leadership among women enhanced.Narrative:
